You must make your own reservations before 2/7/15. ANY reservation made after that date will be charged at the current room rate -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, Friday; check-out is Noon Sunday.

Registration opens Friday at 3:00 pm until Saturday noon.

Early workshops start at 4:30 pm Friday

Opening Ceremony at 7:30 pm Friday

Unity Day Celebration at 1:30 pm Saturday

Convention ends at noon Sunday

REGISTRATION FEES

• Early registration: $25.00 (Postmarked BEFORE 2/2/2015)
• Late registration: $35.00 (Postmarked AFTER 2/1/2015)
• One Day Registration: $30.00 WALK-INS WELCOME!!!

No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you cannot afford registration, consider giving service or a donation. No refunds given after 2/15/2015.

MEAL OPTIONS. You may add a 4-meal package or the Dinner Banquet to your registration. Price includes taxes and tips. Guests are welcome to attend. Meals must be ordered by 99/99/9999. With either meal plan, please indicate choice of dinner entree: Chicken, Salmon or Vegetarian.
